I'm a passionate communicator who loves people, places and penning stories that matter.

Recently, I’ve been managing all digital platforms (design, email, social, web) for the Rocky Mountain Children's Health Foundation and its programs: Mothers' Milk Bank, Best Start Program and The Stink Bug Project. This organization serves clients across Colorado and the nation helping to improve the quality of life for families, sick children and infants throughout our communities by providing support when and how they need it most.

While doing this, I’ve freelanced for a few small business clients and performed communications outreach for the City of Arvada. Prior to this, I was galavanting across Europe on a year-and-a-half-long adventure in Cork, Ireland where I quickly adapted to the happy, hospitable Irish culture and obtained an honors master's degree. When I wasn't studying or freelancing my skills with local film and holiday festivals or interviewing local artists, I spent my time exploring Europe, writing travelogues and exploring the seaside villages of the Emerald Isle — with my pen, camera and imagination in tow.

As a digital storyteller, I'm well-versed in photography, social and video communications and use these skills to give audiences a 360° experience.

I'm currently available for domestic and international positions.

Recent works include freelance media relations for the IndieCork Film Festival; academic and travel blogs at Crystal Communications, my online blog; a feature piece in the Cork Evening Echo; and editorial and photography pieces for the Arvada Press, the Golden Transcript, the Lakewood Sentinel, the Westminster Window, 303 and Thirst Magazines. Preceding this, I wrote travel assignments for Webwerxx, Inc., news and feature articles for the Greeley Tribune and entertainment pieces for the CU Independent.

Thank you for visiting my site!

I look forward to hearing your tale, experiencing the world, and helping to make a difference, one story at a time.
